SHEET METAL PROCESSES
High-quality and dimensionally accurate sheet metal parts

High-quality welded aluminium or stainless steel structures require perfectly fitting parts. The modern machinery and versatile cutting methods ensure that every sheet metal is dimensionally accurate, whether it is a thin sheet or a heavier structural component.
We can finish parts and remove sharp edges using a Timesavers brushing/sanding machine. After finishing, the sharp edges of the parts will not cause problems in other stages of production, and the surface will be finished before surface treatment. The maximum width of a piece is 1.6 m and the maximum length is 6 m.
High-performance laser cutting
Large capacity
We use powerful fibre laser cutters with 12 kW and 20 kW power. The maximum sheet size for blanking is 2.5 x 8 m. This enables:
- Large piece sizes: We can cut larger pieces at once without unnecessary joints.
- Material-optimised production: The large table allows multiple parts to be placed on the same sheet, minimizing waste and reducing costs for the customer.
- Speed and precision: Laser cutting provides a clean cut and extreme dimensional accuracy, which speeds up subsequent stages and welding.
Water cutting
When the material requires gentle force
Not all structures can or should be cut with heat. Water jet cutting complements our services, especially when:
- Thermal effects are to be avoided: Waterjet cutting is a cold process, so the microstructure of the material does not change and no distortion occurs.
- Thick and special materials: With water jet cutting, we can handle even thick aluminium and stainless steel sheets that require a straight cut surface without melt marks.
