Laser cutting

The cut blanks are shaped using modern, state-of-the-art fibre lasers with a maximum cutting table size of 2.5 x 8 metres. The material thicknesses that can be cut range from 0.5 mm to almost 30 mm. For thicker materials or special materials (plastic, wood, copper), we use a water jet cutting machine with a cutting table size of 4 x 6 metres.

• Our laser cutting capacity is coordinated with the edging process, allowing any necessary changes to be made easily and efficiently. The process guarantees a seamless chain from blank to weld-ready part.
• In series production, we can use efficient and semi-automated equipment flexibly.
• We process laser-cut blanks using a brushing machine (Timesavers), which removes sharp edges by brushing or grinding. The pieces are finished without sharp edges, facilitating welding or final assembly.
